Stafford takes blame for delay of game.

"Yeah, I can't take that. That's on nobody but me,” he said. “I just gotta get that thing off. I thought I had enough time and I thought I was gonna be snapping it kind of right at one/zero. I don’t know. I gotta go look at it, but I thought I did a good enough job, but I did not, so that one’s just on me.

He admitted that throw had to be high & away not low and inside where he put it - Puca was never open on that pattern.

This was the one thing that drove me through the roof yesterday.

We ALL know the Rams will send in plays extremely late, and much of the time, we are hiking w literally one to two second left on play clock... And w how many years Matt has played in the league, there is really no excuse for this happening. Junior high level crap.

I just hate losing games where we were the better team, better players, better everything... yet, we showed up (again) played at the level of a 6-6 team. I guess our Rams didn't like how badly we beat the Bucs, so they thought they would make it interesting once again.

Errr.. Sorry guys, im still rattled over the loss. Just a dumb stupid self inflicted gosh darn retarded loss.

McVay should have called timeout. Seems like he always gets the TO in even when the clock runs out

Mcvay quick to call timeout when he gets the play in late and know that Stafford might struggle to get the snap off in time. The problem is, this time Mcvay got the play in on time, so he figured Stafford would snap it with one second left (run down the clock to limit time for Carolinato score if Rams do). Once Stafford didnt, clock ticked to zero, too late for time out.
