Williams should finish off games

Post by Simdaddy »

I get McVay is a offensive genius but I sure would like to see him ride Kyren at the end of games. Why do we not run with the hot RB. Corum had a tough day. Maybe the fumbling issues but I sure would have preferred him on the filed in the last few possessions.

I actually thought they went to conservative after DWill's interception. I would have tried some short passes to kill the clock instead of going 3 and out.

That was a really frustrating 3 and out, kind of infuriating.

And if you are going to run it then it has to be with your best back who has already broken 2 for 30+ yards

Also, I sure wish we had a Fullback, someone to move the line on 3rd and 1.

Think, Tom Rathman/Mike Alstott

Williams was in on the final two drives to try to finish off the game. Seattle adjusted earlier in the game and continued to stop the run.

We need a bruiser at RB, one who automatically picks up one or two yards per carry.

No one has mentioned KW has learned better ball protection (knock on wood). Been a while since a fumble.

There were too many, but the dud after the Williams interception was extra horrible. They could have chewed so much clock or at least gotten into position for a field goal, assuming field goals are still an option.
