As a Red Sox fan, I can't say much because the Skanks beat us out, but the Jays have seen too it the Skanks don't succeed in BUYING another WS.
Even them Yankee Umpires couldn't help them. The Jays Bats were on fire, 34 runs scored in the 4 games to 19 for the Yanks.
Now that the Sox are out, I'm for whoever is still in it that hasn't won a WS yet... The Brewers!

Dodgers fan here...think Milwaukee is the team to beat in the National League

no doubt George Steinbrenner wanted it more than Hal Steinbrenner

The reason the Yankees get to the playoffs, but fail is because Brian Cashman gets the best home run hitter but the best Homerun hitters don't do as well in the playoffs when they have to face 1 and 2 pitchers on playoff teams. Timely hitting wins in the playoffs, not pitching but timely hitting

I think the Brewers/Dodgers is the real World Series, as those are the two best teams. Toronto not far behind though
