No, they ran a ton of time off the clock with three timeouts left. McVay deserves most of the blame there.

Blame for what? It was 4th down, bc of Stafford bad pass, Rams were going to kick the fg there despite how much time was on the clock. If Stafford hits that pass and Rams have to go with a fg due to the clock, you would have a point, but that's not what happened.

There was no need to play for a field goal in that situation. You need to keep your foot on their throat. Before you know it it will be 26-21.
