Broadway if I want to pay too much for martini. But love ambience. Lumberyard for larger martini and older bar tenders with tats.

Started to follow football back in 2016 when the rams moved back to LA. I have ties with LA where my sister lives.

Used to be a fantastic place..not so much nowadays. Sad but that's what happens when you when you have out of control immigration..and now we are experiencing it here in America now. I hear Poland is still a great European country. Relatives from the old country tell me its a shithole in Italy too.
Get ready, little lady. Hell is coming to breakfast.

I recall back in 68 when I was going to Belmont High, there was a day the smog was so bad you could not see from one end of a hallway to the other end

GoldenRam wrote: ↑December 9th, 2024, 2:50 pmIt is more of a hobby farm. I am not down weekly so I can't really own livestock...cows, sheep, etc. I did start honey bees a couple years ago. Not sure if I will make money off them but give me a few more years. Once I retire from my day job, I need to find a way to bring in a little money from it. (I am still 1-2 years away from retiring.)
I planted 70,000 pine trees about 8-9 years ago. They will bring in some decent money at some point. Maybe not for me, but hopefully pay for my grandkids college or something. I have grown peanuts and wheat. Wheat is probably the easiest but the issue is finding someone to combine the wheat. (Combines are very expensive.)
I do make enough to cover taxes from a guy that pays me to rake/sell my pinestraw. (You can get $250-$350/acre for pinestraw in my area.)
Still toying with different ideas and trying to figure out something to bring in a little spending $$. Trees are the easiest but payout is longer term. I want to find something to make $5-$10K every year. (I netted about $8K off my wheat 2 years ago.)

yep it was bad. I remember as a kid when you got too much smog in your throat you had to chill for a while before it went away. Oh the Glory days
