Bottom post of the previous page:
The ILB and safeties lacks talent. Its not all on Morris. Didn't you see the missed tackles and poor angles despite being in position to make the play.FelixTheStonerCat wrote: ↑October 24th, 2021, 4:09 pm Time for McVay to grow a pair and see why Raheem ain't cutting it. Re: Lions @ Rams Game Thread
This just never felt good. I kinda had that vibe all week. The Lions have hung around with almost everybody. JG and Coach "Knee-biter" come in with absolutely NOTHING to lose and guns a blazing.
I don't care how yucky it was - we survived and onside kick and two fake punts to advance to 6-1.

Some forget and I've been reminding them the lions almost beat the Ravens and should have if it wasn't for the refs.Idaho_Ram wrote: ↑October 24th, 2021, 4:13 pm This just never felt good. Now if we were the 9ers we would put JR out there at the WR spot and go post pattern for the score

Last year this is the type of game the rams lose. For example the jets.

Ok so we won Praise God. A piece of me is happy Goff didn’t get blown out or embarrassed. Respect and we win.

I agree our tackling is horrible. But is that kinda on the coaches too. I’m not on the get rid of Morris train however that’s his job to fix.Cornell29 wrote: ↑October 24th, 2021, 4:11 pmThe ILB and safeties lacks talent. Its not all on Morris. Re: Lions @ Rams Game Thread
It was more then the refs... Lions had the Ravens at 4th and 19 on their own 11 and let them convert with the lead and less than a minute left. They also let them score on a 3rd and 14 play earlier in the game they. lost on 66 Yd FG, last playCornell29 wrote: ↑October 24th, 2021, 4:14 pmSome forget and I've been reminding them the lions almost beat the Ravens and should have if it wasn't for the refs.Idaho_Ram wrote: ↑October 24th, 2021, 4:13 pm This just never felt good. Same deal vs Minnesota. They had the game won... with a 4th and 11 stop and they couldn't do it. Lost on 54 Yd FG last play

Surrendered 2 fake punts and an onside kick and still won. That's gotta be a record..... We see something new like this almost every week....

I don't think any coach can fix Reeder, Young issues. Both were exposed vs the Jets last year and GB last year in the playoffs. They lack talent.

Re: Lions @ Rams Game Thread
Goff failed to make a few plays too, but they were in the game to the end. The Lions also pulled within a score of the niners.Rampager66 wrote: ↑October 24th, 2021, 4:21 pmIt was more then the refs...
