Matt Miller's Post Super bowl Mock

Post by Macnasty357 »

Matt Miller chose Michael Thomas WR as the Rams #15 pick. Haven't heard a lot about him, but I know he has skills. I'm fine with him as long as we follow him up with:
Rd2 H. Henry TE and either
Rd2 T. Boyd or J. Doctson WR
Rd3 N. Martin - C
Rd4 D. Prescott QB

No QB unless it's in the first round. We want immediate impact players.

There are no QB's in this draft who are going to be immediate impact players. None of these guys would have gone before Mariota or Winston. How much immediate impact did they make last year?

We'd be better served to fix all the other problems and go with what we have this year, than waste a pick on another QB who has no decent options to throw to. Any of the top three could be Peyton Manning. But any of the top three could also be Ryan Leaf. Do you want to take that chance? I'd rather look for a Tom Brady a little later in the draft. Maybe Jones, or Hogan.

Agreed 100 million percent. By the way I like Christian Hackenberg in the 4th round if he falls that far.

Well Hackenberg in the 3rd if we are lucky. I doubt he makes it out of the second round though.
