Tom Brady

Post by ocram23 »

Things are starting to heat up with TB. I don't think he is going back to NE. His wife is going to have a big say in the decision. Radio was all over this topic today. NY Giants have thrown their hat into the mix now, a longshot yet, but interesting to say the least. Early money is on Tennessee IMO.

Clearly his skills have declined. To me, it doesn’t make any difference where he plays, his SB days are behind him.

granted his division sucks but he still went 12-4 without any talent of offense. Still a top 10 QB in this league

HellRam wrote: February 27th, 2020, 5:53 pm I still think Brady is playing the free agency game. I don't see why he would leave Boston for a team with not as good coaching and a worst defense. The Patriots are a legit WR and a better oline away from being contenders again. Plus he's in a relatively easy division. Why would you leave the Pats to play for the Raiders for example? I actually like the Titans and Colts rosters. But does he really want to play in Indy or Nashville? I just don't buy it unless a team like the Bears or Niners make a run at him.
I agree I don't see him going to the raiders or even the colts. he needs to go to a team with a good O line, good org, and offensive weapons. I don't think Belicheck wants him anymore. Let's not all forget 2 years ago he wanted Jimmy G to take over but Kraft stepped in and said no. I think Tenn is very intriguing with the Patriots connect with the coach and GM. I would like to see him go to the Chargers but I just don't see him going to the same division as Mahomes. The Giants are intriguing and word has it his wife wants to live there.
The Patriots need to get more than 1 WR and they need a TE as well. Plus their OL needs improving. No way are they going to get this gone in the draft and in the off season.

zero credibility? did i tell you that SF would be in the SB before the season started? yes, yes I did.

I'm having a difficult time locating any mention of the 49ers' Super Bowl LIV victory over the Dolphins.

So could you provide me with any link to a story or video about it...?? 8-) :?:

Clevelandrams or whatever the losers name is, is just another coked-out conspiracy theorist who cries and calls people names because they disagree with him and what he says. Dont waste your time with him. There's people like him all over YouTube. These are the same people who think Dave Chappelle is a clone because his voice got deeper.

Brady should retire now. He was protected somewhat by the league officiating allowing some amazing holding by the Pats O linemen. He'll take a beating if he plays for another team.

he also benefited by playing in the worst division in the nfl. however with that being said he is still better than the majority of the QB's in this league. You can't tell me if he went to the chargers and then they drafted Herbert the chargers would not benefit. Ideal place is the chargers for so many reasons but we will see where he goes. I think the main issue right now is he wants a 3 year contract.

I agree about the officiating. The question would be does his new team catch the same break simply because he’s Tom Brady? Peyton Manning’s protection followed him.

I think Bill wants to move on. Remember he wanted Jimmy G to take over 3 years ago but Kraft said no. I think the Chargers were a better place for Brady but I guess not.

I think Brady trust Bruce Arians more as a coach and I don't blame him. I just think it's hilarious Tommy will be in a Bucs jersey if all of this is true.
yeah going to be weird to see him in a Bucs or anywhere else. I like Arians

Not only that, but lets see how he does playing (IMO) better teams in the NFC if he signs with TB. NE was almost an automatic playoff team with the other teams in their division.

I think TB would be a great choice. Let's be real, I don't think the Chargers could get by KC next year. The NFC is wide open and TB has some serious offensive fire power. Who knows, maybe TG30 gets thrown in to that offense as well. Would be interesting.

I was actually looking for another topic this time last year and came across the post. You nailed it OC! Funny to see our post a year later...
yeah too funny. Cowherd called this about 6 weeks ago stating that Brady was undervalued while on the Pats. I totally agree. Some people still don't give him the credit that is due.
