wow what a move by the niners??? not sure what they were thinking when they got rid of Deebo. They knew Aiyuk wasn't going to be back until mid season


Moore is a 5th receiver on the Rams that the niners need to be their 2nd receiver to start the season………..

Right or wrong they couldn’t wait to get rid of Samuel……………..

They didn’t see Jennings wanting more $ now. I don’t blame him but at the same time I would not give him more $ now if I was the niners. This current “injury” of Jennings I see going on for a while………..

Aiyuk they just said this week, with a few that follow the team, is probably a November return……………..

The niners just seem to be unwilling to get their “strengths” help. CM is still the key for them but they didn’t get more OL help this off season for a unit that is not their strength. Then the genius Shanahan plays Puni last Saturday and then for some reason plays him on ST where he got hurt. Now they are projected to Start a rookie in week one.

They claim Purdy is a strength but again no OL help and they let the WR unit get to where it is now. I like Robinson that they just traded for but fact is he isn’t CM and the more Robinson is on the field the fewer snaps CM gets………………


definitely a ride or die this year on CMC. I was joking about Moore... OL is going to be an issue. They can ill afford any injuries on that front. I know Deebo was a diva but unless you address it in the draft, which they didn't, then you are screwed. I think if Pearsall can stay healthy he will have a big year. But as I have said before they lost 9 starters off last year's team.....they won't make the playoffs IMO

I hope that Waters makes it to the practice squad. He played against scrubs yesterday but ran so strongly and confidently.

We did. But Seattle had it well schemed. Their D is damn good. JMO we should have ran a bit more with Kyren today once they were handling our 13 lineup. We did run but as much with Corum and IMO Corum did not have a good game. I would have gone with just Kyren in the second half. Again each week is different…….


Thank you. At one point KW was 9-90 and he finishes with just 12 carries. Corum might as well have been inactive for what he gave us. We should have run KW at least 20 times IMO

Kyren again I feel should have played the entire second half. Corum was not a good match for that D today. In part I agree with oc Corum was just too small and not physical enough against that D. They are really good…………..

There was some shady shit going on 9ers @ Cards. Zona had the ball for 8 1/2 more minutes, had almost 500 total yards and 207 more yards then SF on Offense but lost the TO battle 3-0 and the game by 19 points.
What stands out the most for me though is Penalties. SF had only 1 penalty all game for 15 yards. Zona 17 penalties for 130 yards.
Too 1 sided for the NFL AFAIC. Anyone ever remember the 9ers being on the wrong end of that BS?

Sports betting has always been around, it only looks bigger right now w all the arrest and the people involved... but imo, there are TWO things that are destroying sports in general.. just how legal and how in our face sports betting is now, w all these apps and how kids can bet their college money AND ALSO, NIL for college sports. $7M for Arch alone just to play college ball a year... he literally makes more in NIL than he would as a rookie the NFL, w the set rookies limits.

It's like the wild west and shows how money destroys so much. Total garbage.

IMO, we need more rules and checks and balances in place. Especially w NIL in college... it's a joke!

The Rams waived Jolly (undisclosed) off IR with an injury settlement Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Jolly had reverted to injured reserve due to an undisclosed issue Aug. 27, but he was able to reach an injury settlement with Los Angeles. That means the cornerback will be able to play in 2025 if he gets healthy and finds work with another team.

What needs to happen, but most likely won't:
-Solid, thick curling horn on the helmet, like 70s thru 90s. The travesty of the current "C" MUST be fixed
-The blue is good, but darken the awful pastel yellow
-No gradient numbers. This better happen. Even high schools don't do it anymore
-The penis-nosed puma MUST GO. Horrible Rams head logo
-Get rid of bone, although I have gotten used to seeing them win wearing it
-No all blue pajama unis, but with Nike in control, this will not go away. NFL needs to not mimic college on this one
-Rivalry uni is OK, but once a year is good enough. Please don't integrate dark blue(really black) into the team's traditional colors on the regular uniform
-Rams need to bring back a classic uniform like the Dolphins, Bucs, Seachickens, Eagles etc are doing.

No way our D gives up that many points with Houston’s RB1 out and their WR2 N WR3 are rookies because Dell n Kirk are out.

Houston has a great D. We will score more than 7 points.

Our D is decent - Houston will score less than 35.

The game will be somewhere in between. 24-17 or 27-21 Good guys.

I do not know of any other site online that has the ability to cross-post images or inject content directly into a phpbb forum. So, in that sense, this is big progress. I will find a secure work around for this minor error.

I think we will be fine with McClendon. He played well when Havs was out a few weeks ago…….

I know Higs isn’t a huge fan favorite in here but this loss I think will hurt. What McVay has been doing I feel requires all 4 TE……..

With the way Hav have been playing, McClendon would be a upgrade. Both Humphries and Quessbury can provide depth at RT. Both are vets

JJ was a franchise killing pick. He did nothing in college to show that he had the tools for the next level. Jefferson has got to be fuming, and he makes too much to demand a trade.

I'll admit it. I was not thrilled with Shula being promoted to DC. I talked about how everyone in his family minus Don Shula had failed in coaching etc. With that said I'm not saying he's the next coming but the last X amount of games the D has been outstanding. Barkly put up some good numbers but the D still kept us in that game and we should of or could of beat Philly on our way to a SB win...

Still a long season to go but if his D keeps playing like this we have a legit shot at a SB run this year. I do have one wish though. I wish he was African American. Now hear me out. If he was African America we'd get a 3rd round comp pick after this year. I have no doubt he's going to get hired as a HC by some team if his D keeps playing lights out...

I didn't say Shula's defense looked like Fritz's Eagle. The disguising is similar. Like the Eagle defense I have no idea where this Ram pass rush is coming from pre snap. It's not very predictable and it's most always aggressive. Which is also similar to that 3-5-3

I was with a friend of mine yesterday who is a die hard Lions fan. He said their OL sucks and why he doesn't think they will make the playoffs. So this doesn’t surprise me………..


Crazy part Detroit is still 2nd in PPG. But I do think their weaknesses are getting exploited more as the season goes.


I think their weakness is Dan C going for it on 4th down 95% of the time.

In the first two games, he has been in on 51 snaps, and has 1 catch for 4 yards.

He is who he has always been.


I have not done so but I would love to see how many times he is open without getting the ball. if he's jaking on the pass plays then so be it but if he's open then it's on Stafford and McVay


Well, Stafford is completing 70% of his pass plays so I am not sure I care WHO he is throwing to...although I trust Puka and Devante more than Tutu. I could see this being a concern if we were not completing passes.

Down the toilet HF chances go - Had to play a 6 game schedule to be a special year - not going to happen / if we make the playoffs we will be on the road trying to survive with 7 other teams. Very simply Rams were out coached and not prepared to play a VERY important game.
