Top teams find a way to win. I'm not panicked at all. But this showed lot of holes. D had an off week. Maybe Shula needs to keep his head on this season.

Down the toilet HF chances go - Had to play a 6 game schedule to be a special year - not going to happen / if we make the playoffs we will be on the road trying to survive with 7 other teams. Very simply Rams were out coached and not prepared to play a VERY important game.

Exactly. I just didn’t understand why McVay went pass-heavy when the run was working so well (7 yards a pop). Carolina was getting 4.1 yards a pop and they kept running down our throats. By doing that, they completely stole the entire third quarter, holding the ball for 13 straight minutes ...

Worst D performance by the Rams all year. Worst performance this year by Stafford as well.

Lots needs to be fixed, time for coaches and players alike to get at it. What needs to be fixed is on film, now fix it.

We absolutely should have rolled this team period there is no excuse, nothing to learn from it. Poor defense all day against a team without their starting Center and Right Guard out and a marginal QB prone to mistakes their best cb, backup cb who was replacing Horn, and starting ILB.

It hasn't been showing up lately at all the last 4 games. We need to blitz more i keep saying it over and over. Blitzing will get the QB off their spot.

I was at the game yesterday and these are the things I witnessed yesterday, and many of them are very confusing and disturbing:

I sat in section 113 Row 1, so I was directly at the 40 yardline behind the Rams bench. So close, I could hear the coaches talking to the players.

I watched some of the Wash/Denver game Peyton was super aggressive rushing Mariota we sat back and never made Toung uncomfortable when he threw which wasn't much. N.C. do you think soft defence schemes are a directive from McVay? Perhaps he has much more of a hand in the defense game plan than is generally perceived. I wonder at times where we could be/go with an aggressive coordinator like Saleh who had more independence. Just wanting your thoughts ...

To me, no such thing as a good loss. Nor moral victories. Channeling Herm Edwards "you play to win the game" Any other result sucks, with ties sucking SLIGHTLY less.
