Trade up for Wentz/Start Keenum at least 8 weeks

Here is a draft scenario w/ free agency and projections at the end.
I really think the Browns will take Jared Goff at 2.
The 49ers would love to have Wentz at 7 (now that Kaep wants out).
Here is my proposal:
Trade up with Baltimore.
Baltimore gets 1st(15), 2nd(45), 2017 2nd
Rams get 1st(6), 4th(127)
Trade w/ Raiders
Rams trade Tre Mason for 5th round pick (just a feeling) Raiders? He destroyed them and they want a complement to Murray.
Here is my mock in this scenario:
1st round (6) - Carson Wentz - QB - North Dakota
2nd round (43) - Josh Doctson - WR - TCU (other options are Michael Thomas or Tyler Boyd)
3rd round (76) - Jack Allen - C - Michigan State
4th round (107) - Charles Tapper - DE - Oklahoma (other options: Alex McCalister or Shawn Oakman)
4th round (Ravens 127) - Roberto Aguayo - K - Florida State (other options: BPA of DT, WR, take Ka'imi Fairbairn in 6th)
5th round (Raiders) - Dominique Alexander - LB - Oklahoma (other options: BPA of DT, WR, LB)
6th round (172) - Darius Latham - DT - Indiana (Ka'imi Fairbairn w/ DT in the 4th or BPA)
Free Agency
(After cutting Foles, we have $60M in space, $5M for draft picks, $55M to spend)
The team has been adamant about building through the draft and retaining our own talent.
I think we will franchise/re-sign/tender:
Janoris Jenkins (5 years, $53M, $26M guaranteed)
Trumaine Johnson (franchise tag, $14.5M) - try to sign him long-term to lower cap #
Will Hayes (3 years, $21M, $8M guaranteed)
Rodney McLeod (4 years, $24M, $11M guaranteed)
Mark Barron (4 years, $24M, $11M guaranteed)
Tim Barnes (2 years, $5M, $2M guaranteed)
Case Keenum (RFA tendered at 2nd rd level, $2.5M)
Cory Harkey (3 years, $4M, $1.2M guaranteed)
Benny Cunningham (RFA tendered, $1.5M)
Darren Bates (RFA tendered, $1.5M)
Chase Reynolds (RFA tendered, $1.5M)
Extend:
Michael Brockers (5 years, $35M, $16M guaranteed)
Alec Ogletree (5 years, $44M, $20M guaranteed)
Tavon Austin (4 years, $24M, $12M guaranteed)
Cut:
Nick Foles
Outside Free Agents:
Marvin Jones - WR - Bengals (4 years, $26M, $12M guaranteed) - Born in LA, would benefit passing offense if he stays healthy.
Ladarius Green - TE - Chargers (4 years, $24M, $10M guaranteed) - Great hands, never utilized. Will have to pay for potential (he isn't Cook).
Henry Melton - DT - Buccaneers (2 years, $7M, $3M guaranteed) - Great 3T. Had 5 sacks 2 years ago, 2 last year. Cheaper than Fairley.
Michael Griffin - S - Titan (2 years, $5.5M, $2M guaranteed) - Fisher drafted him in the first round. Could be our 3rd safety (versatile FS/SS).

Analysis:
We should start Case Keenum until Wentz is ABSOLUTELY ready. I say at least 8 weeks. If he needs a year, leave him on the bench. Some may wonder why Jack Allen isn't starting after being drafted in the 3rd. O-Line continuity is HUGE! Barnes started all 16 games there last year and has experience with Keenum (another important aspect). I would like to connect Allen with Wentz. Whenever Wentz is ready to start, Allen is the starting center. The same goes for Josh Docston. I would like to leave Britt as a starting WR and have Doctson practice primarily with Wentz and when Wentz gets the nod, switch Britt and Doctson.
The D-Line rotation should be a lot healthier this year, but we will need to spend a high pick next year. The secondary might be the strongest part of our team. They finished in the top 5 this year without Gaines. Ayers will barely see the field. I think I read he was only on the field for 46% of the defensive snaps. Some games he only played 3 or 4 plays. I think Ayers will spend more time as a rotational DE this year to justify his $3M salary.
Aguayo is a great kicker prospect who may even be drafted before the 4th round. If he is available with the pick we got from the Ravens, we have to take him. "The Leg" lost us 2 or 3 games last year. Unacceptable. Jeff Fisher's defensive "close game" style of coaching needs a near perfect kicker.
