Here is a stab at an early mock draft. As you know things can change dramatically until draft time.

1. Titans, Laremy Tunsil OT Ole Miss, Marriota needs protection bad.

2. Browns, Jared Goff QB California, Manziel is gone for sure.

3. Chargers, Ronnie Stanley OT Notre Dame, Rivers can still sling it a bit more protection would help.

4. Cowboys, Jalen Ramsey CB/S Florida St., Qb would be an option here but I see Manziel traded to the Cowboys. Their secondary is terrible.

5. Jaguars, Emmanuel Ogbah DE Oklahoma State, Chris Clemons is getting old.

6. Ravens, Laquon Treadwell, WR, Ole Miss, Smith is hurt and old.

7. 49ers,Joey Bosa, DE/OLB, Ohio St, Qb would be an option but hiring of Kelly will resurrect Krapernicks career until the Rams really hurt him in their first meeting.

8. Dolphins, Leonard Floyd, DE/OLB, Georgia

9. Buccaneers , Vernon Hargreaves, CB, Florida

10. Giants, Detroit Lions: Jack Conklin, OT, Michigan State

11. Bears, DeForest Buckner, DE/DT, Oregon

12. Saints, Michael Thomas, WR, Ohio State

13. Eagles, A'Shawn Robinson, DE/DT, Alabama

14. Raiders, Tre'Davious White, CB, LSU

15. Rams, Paxton Lynch, QB, Memphis

16. Lions, Reggie Ragland, ILB, Alabama

17. Falcons, Robert Nkemdiche, DE/DT, Ole Miss

18. Colts, Kenny Clark, DT, UCLA

19. Bills, Myles Jack, LB/RB, UCLA

20. Jets, Jarran Reed, DT, Alabama

21. Redskins, Darron Lee, OLB, Ohio State

22. Texans, Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Ohio State

23. Vikings, Corey Coleman, WR, Baylor

24. Bengals, Derrick Henry, RB, Alabama

25. Steelers, Su'a Cravens, S/LB, USC

26. Seahawks, Jonathan Allen, DE/DT, Alabama

27. Cardinals, Taylor Decker, OT, Ohio State

28. Chiefs, Connor Cook, QB, Michigan State

29. Panthers, Tyler Boyd, WR, Pittsburgh

30. Broncos, Carson Wentz, QB, North Dakota State

31. Packers, Andrew Billings, DT, Baylor

If the Rams end up with Goff, Paxton or Wentz I will be thrilled and doing cartwheels (And, I haven't done a cartwheel in over 40 years!)!

P.S. Very excited about your Draft Talk site! It should be very Interesting and Informative over the next few months! Thanks for creating this topic!

Yes, I'm sure once the magic of being back in LA wears off a bit things like these mock drafts will pick up.

Wow, interesting trade-down.
I'm hoping the Rams don't blow the farm and trade up, since the only reason to do that would be a franchise QB, and I don't see anything close to a "lock" for that in this draft. Trading the 16 pick for 32, 65 and Josh Gordon would be great, IF Gordon can return to 2013 form, and his relationship with Manzeeel hasn't poisoned him. Browns probably looking to dump him, as they are Johnny Football. And it would give the Rams four picks, 32 to 65. Interesting...

I'm all for trading down. I would not take a risk on Gordon though. One time offender ok, but multiple?

Taking a chance on Gordon would definitely be a risk but IMHO, it's the kind of move Fisher would make. I've heard reports that JG has been working hard and intends on coming back even better than he was. His cap hit is only 1.100 mil. I could totally see Fisher pulling the trigger if the man seems sincere. As for the draft picks, having choices at or near the top in the 2nd & 3rd rounds could be extremely valuable as good players always drop. Rams would come out of the first three rounds with 5 very good players (all in top 76 or so) + Josh Gordon. Not a bad start.

Not sure QB is the way we will go. We don't really have a roster spot for another one. Keenum is starting, Foles is under contract, and Mannion hasn't been given his shot yet. That being said, I wouldn't have an issue if we took a shot at Lynch or Wentz if available. If we take Connor Cook in the first, I will go nuts. I'm hoping if we don't take a QB that we somehow come away with a TE, WR, and MLB in the first two rounds. Then in rounds 2,4, and 6 we would have the option to trade down, or stand pat and take BPA between FS, CB, DE, or C. I really hope our first pick isn't another DE.

I do agree with you there. Fisher is on the spot, win or take the road. So what do coaches do who might be on the hot seat? Pick an impact player who will contribute day one. Unfortunately for some of you guys it could be a starting MLB. I would not reach for a WR if Treadwell is drafted ahead of us.

Foles actually could be cut. It'd be a huge amount of dead money, but would actually be a cap savings of $750K by doing so, so long as it's before the 5th day of the League year.

I don't have a problem with Lynch...but I'm not sure we would pass on Ragland, Jack, or M. Alexander (whom you don't have listed in your 1st round) to take him.

I made this mock 2 weeks ago. Thins have changed since then. At this point I am leaning for Myles Jack.

Thanks for mock draft. I like Treadwell, top 3 QBs or BPA.
