If Stafford retires our draft strategy will be significantly altered. I think a lot of QB's will go in the 2nd round but Simpson and Mateer could easily go in the 1st. Would Miami trade Tua and draft Simpson? I think NO likes Shough and Cle likes Shadeur. Cleveland might stock up on talent elsewhere and roll with Sanders, Gabriel Watson next year.
I think Mateer's draft status went up last night big time. He still needs work but the dude can run and he has a cannon for an arm. I think a team like the Rams could take Ty Simpson as well late in the 1st or hopefully in the 2nd round. Cleveland is a big question mark....do they take a QB with their 1st pick next yr? I watched Sanders play again today and I am not sold on him.
the rumor is Sellers is going back to college and will transfer from South Carolina.
