I've watched Whitterspoon get beat play after play against the Cardinals and Brissett is missing the WR on every throw. I get tired of hearing Jake Ellenbogan gush about this dude when he's flat out bad!!

Rams have JAGs here. Let’s face facts. Rams got Talib and Peters their first run. Jalen Ramsey their second. Unless they altered their philosophy, they realize importance of a secondary. These guys trying their best. But Withserspoon was not signed for a reason.

Rams need to draft 2 corners with 2 of their first 3 picks.

I wouldn't mind if the rams draft 2 corners in the 1st, as long as they dont reach.

The fun thing about the Rams doing that would be for them to compete to be the better pick but also be a duo to hype each other up!

The corner situation is very concerning. D will is very average and akhelo and Forbes are horrible. Lake is hurt and he covers for a lot of the CBS issues. Mccreay is hurt forever now....I am very concerned. If our best corner is d will we are going to have serious problems in the playoffs.

Would Cam Lampkin be worse?

I don't like the idea of 2 rookie corners. We can draft 1 , and the other one needs to be a VET , we can either trade for one or just sign one that will be a FA . But YES , the truth is we need CB1 and CB2 . Forbes / Akhelo / D will are not good to be starters . These guys need to be depth only .

I agree to an extent, on 2 rookie corners… but honestly, w the guys we need to resign this off season in other important spots, and ANYONE but who’s in there now, I’d Bo ok with two stud rookie Corners right now over this mess we’re dealing w now.

Anyone that thinks Forbes played poorly today needs to learn how to watch tape or football in general. Akello was bad. forbes actually played pretty well. last week he was absolutely horrible but today he played pretty well . the late TD was a perfect throw against good coverage

Again likewise said in another thread it is DLine not helping them much with not enough pressure. You should watch the Chiefs last night on Sunday night football man Spags was blitzing from everywhere the pressure was super intense.

One thing i have learnt from this season is don't count anyone out too quickly... and also don't over react when someone plays a few great games.

Remember when people were calling out Verse and then Turner and Ford etc etc..

Would not be surprised if Akhelo has a great game next week.

Love the ambition but the Rams are gonna need a franchise quarterback and that extra first needs to be for that, Atlanta is making sure that that's going to be a valuable pick, the Rams should probably trade that pic in the 2026 draft and make it even more valuable in 2027

I agree on the late TD throw. Forbes had decent coverage but it was a great pass and catch.

Forbes and Witherspoon had a lot of trouble in coverage during this game, though the Rams were playing conservatively and taking away deep passes late. Forbes gave up four catches on five targets for 50 yards and a touchdown, while Witherspoon allowed six catches on seven targets for 91 yards.
