Forbes, is giving up a PERFECT passer rating 158.3 (when thrown to)

.... the only problem w this, is that Forbes in on DEFENSE and NOT Offense.

So yep, the title is correct. When Forbes is in, he has given up a PERFECT PASSER RATING when thrown to his area. Now our Rams are paying $15 million to learn what the Commanders already knew.... (but, he's actually gotten worse w us)

The third-year pro isn't strong enough. Forbes struggles to get receivers off their routes, and he has difficulty in contested catch situations. That's without counting for his suspect ball tracking, poor tackling, and woeful (AWFUL) production against the run.

We are not blessed with the most excellent cornerback depth already, so simply put, this cannot continue for much longer w Forbes. ESPECIALLY not when he is giving up a perfect passer rating of 158.3 when targeted.

I think a trade is in order... but can we break even on it? Doubtful. But at this point, cut the losses. This dude needs to go. :?

Welp... all is I can say is that I am absolutely eating my post from October 3rd above.

If Forbes does not win the come back player of the year award for the Rams, then I would be SHOCKED.

He's definitely turned the corner (no pun intended) and seems to be heading to a shutdown corner. Go ram!

Horrible original post. You need to be patient. Players and such need time to develop. Forbes is playing well now and let's hope it continues. Touch grass, Man.

I admitted it was a bad post, but it was right on point at the time, and emotions flying high after that game where he was AWFUL... I owned the post... so much so, I brought it out of the archives as to where NO ONE would have seen it, all to own it.

Now, please forgive me, and let me go touch some grass...Man. 😎

I had to do a double-take and then realized you were making this judgment back in early October and not now.

Forbes has an edge to him; he's acting like a real 1st rounder. Just needed a new home.

Forbes has improved from THE WORST CB in the league per PFF (111th) to 25th. At his current improvement rate he will be top 10 in PFF in 2-3 games. Regardless if you like PFF or not the improvement is obvious and I am very happy for the guy. Coaching is as important as talent.

I guess he missed being placed in LAST PLACE.

They are targeting FORBES all day today.

Weakest link. Get his ass out of game

He absolutely sucked ass today. Effort is everything and I didn’t see it today.
Bench him for Witherspoon

Is that what he thought it was.. tackling? I don’t think he knows what wrapping up is. He also lost his ability to be DB.

He was absolutely pathetic today. Right back to where he was w us

Yep, he stunk it up today. So did Stafford and all involved with the run defense. It's a bad overall performance and they still had a chance to win. Just like the other two loses. If it goes back to being a trend (Forbes) Then I am with you. Im already on record as to saying one of the 1st should be a CB. I also thought Forbes should be the nickel back with "Stash" and Durant starting. That was before Stash got hurt. I think Kendricks somehow rubbed off on Forbes today. And lastly we'll see who starts next week. Today is the second time a team with physical wr's blew up Forbes. And it's happened quite a bit in the past. Now that’s a trend.. in which case the Rams should be starting DB'S based on match-up. That's my actual solution here until the day they improve the CB's

Forbes had a rough outing against the Panthers, giving up 110 catches on five catches (five targets), including two long touchdowns on fourth down. He also missed one tackle.
