I guess nobody will be held accountable.

No depth chart or roster or coaching moves. Absolutely nothing. Even the Eagles Head Coach held his backup RT accountable by benching him, which greatly helped the eagles offense.

Mcvay.... Absolutely nothing

Maybe by game day someone will be held accountable, we will see.

Just unbelievable.
Did the players at least hold a players only meeting? Nothing?

Must be nice, screw up, and then say "oh well" and go home to your millions.

Cornell, you know how McVay works by now... he wont do a damn thing till he absolutely has to report it.

Hes done this for years, waiting til the absolute last minute to disclose any position/player changes. He never wants to disclose anything where the coming opponent can practice accordingly

My gut, the list will change a bit come game time.

Wow a complete out of character OP from you…………..

McVay’s HC resume says he has this doesnt it?……….

You are smart enough to know what is being presented isn’t necessary taking place behind the scenes. You really don’t think he hasn’t talked to his staff n players about what took place last Sunday…………….

Again- my hair would be on fire for the FG unit. I have to think folks are being benched. Same goes for TE/OL...maybe some DB changes. We shall see.

I'm sure he talked to the players and coaches. I was looking for a depth chart, free agent or coaching move after such a horrible loss. Maybe something will come out later like I and Delmar pointed out. I'm sure Mcvay talked to coaches and players alike after the Tenn block FG, and the players and coaches responded by allowing two fgs to be blocked against the Eagles. So I guess he will just talk to them again and hope for the best.

Don't get me wrong, unlike others I think highly of Mcvay, but I will call Mcvay out, especially after a huge screwup. Right now I'm not happy with Mcvay, the coaching staff and players. What happened last week should never happen

would not be surprised that McVay went into the ST coach's meeting and tore those guys a new asshole. the complete failure on the entire left side of the line is the worst thing I have ever seen. you know damn well he talked to them

The Eagles knocked the rams out of the playoffs last year.
This game should have been circled on the Rams schedule, the Rams should have been looking for some payback. Unfortunately for the Rams fans, it was the eagles showing more passion, drive and wanting it more. It was Hurts yelling on the sidelines trying to get their offense back scoring, it was eagles coaches benching guys who wasnt effective, it was eagles wrs smacking and out working the rams dbs.

After losing that game against the Eagles last year I thought it would be rams players who would be locked in. I didnt expect Stafford to come out carefree missing open wrs all over the field, even wrs just 7 yards away. I didnt expect the special teams, who just had a fg blocked last week, come out and let two fgs get blocked. Was the OL mad after the first block? I can't tell, they looked slow off the snap and failed to meet the eagles effort and aggression. The effort on that missed fg showed you who wanted it more and it wasnt the Rams.

Limmer? Who the eagles owned last year in the playoffs let the eagles push him around again? Where is his pride? I thought he would play like a man out of his mind vs the eagles after what happened last year. Instead he just got pushed around.

Kudos to KW, holding onto the ball and running hard. Kudos to the front 7 making sure Barkley didnt hurt them again. Kudos to Puka, playing hard as always. Kudos to AJ, playing with max effort despite having blood clots. Kudos to KDot playing through your injury, the more you played the less I had to see Limmer. Unfortunately some ram players just didnt want it as bad as they did. Kudos to Blake, just one year in the league and playing hard.

As Ive said completely agree it should not happen. I went as far as saying LS should be gone…………

But I think it is a huge stretch to say nothing has happen since they boarded that plane to come home on Sunday. My proof is to see that it doesn’t happen again not so much roster changes……….

it's 100% special teams, Coaching, it's technique and timing

we know the cadence, they practices every single day in practice, the timing of the kick from the snapper to the holder to the kicker has been practiced thousands of times

technique was compromised, if you use good technique It's virtually impossible to block a field goal even if you physically dominate the man in front of you, you have about one second

I'd be interested in how fast that field goal got off, but the guard and tackle did not use good technique,m

I think Cornell29 is right on this one.

I was listening to Ram Radio after the Eagles loss and Su'a Cravens all but guaranteed that the long snapper would lose his job for whiffing on the block (twice). Is Alex Ward still a Ram today?

McVay probably thinks it’s the kickers fault. And they aren’t gonna cut Karty.

The 2nd block is on him for sure. If he kicks it straught it gets thru

I can't believe some of you posters blame Karty for these two blocks???

It is Karty's job to kick this through the uprights, not try to kick the ball into a gap where the defense is not holding their arms.

The special teams long snapper and o-Line are at fault-just like Su'a Cravens said. They lost his game for us not Karty who has been great. Remember this is the same O-Line who had Limmer, who was blown up twice on the last two plays in the playoff last year again losing the game for us.

Also, I was really hoping the Rams would do a quick snap to surprise the Eagles, but no, they wait until 1 second is on the clock so Eagle knew the Rams had to snap the ball allowing an immediate bull rush through. That is on Sean McVay.

I know you, and I know what you meant. Last week’s loss still has a bad taste in my mouth. You know Sean doesn’t make rash moves. He’s pretty methodical about this stuff. You know this.

Honestly, last weeks loss stung more than last years playoff loss to the same damn team.

One final (maybe) comment on this:
How is it that the FG unit was so bad on those last 2 FG's, but the first 4 were just fine? Did a couple of the guys just forget how to block during the game? Did they get lazy? Did the Eagles make some sort of adjustment?
On replay I saw at least one Rams block get pancaked, and also the center blocked nobody. I'm not one of these people that thinks the games are fixed...but this game gave me pause.

Good question and Im not sure. With that said some of those FG attempts KDot was playing. KDot kept coming on and off the field for the injury at various times but by the end of the game he was out (replaced by Limmer) and didnt play on the missed fg attempts.

Hold the D accountable too, not just the ST's O-line, RZ Offense, play calling, or the Kicker. Especially the Secondary, which is still a problem.

This says a lot about it. From ESPN.... On Eagles WR AJ Brown and a whiny post he made about not being the "Main Man" in 3 of their wins.
He was against us though, just us!

"It's been a relatively quiet start to the season for Brown, who has 14 catches for 151 yards and a touchdown on 28 targets. His 10.8 yards per reception is well below his career average of 15.6.

He has been held to 27 yards or less in all but one game. In Week 3 against the Los Angeles Rams, he erupted for six catches, 109 yards and a touchdown as the Eagles were forced to open things up in the second half after falling behind 26-7."

Brown managed a 42 combined yards vs Cowboys, Chiefs and Bucs D's.
They all knew how to shut him down. Dallas is surprising considering they gave up 37 to the Giants, 31 to the Bears and 40 to the Packers.
4 games into the season, the Dallas D is giving up 420 Yards a game and 32 points but they know how to stop AJ Brown.

Rams need secondary help, that's for sure. I would have been on the phone, if I was Les. Maybe he was, but teams arent going to make moves until it is closer to trade deadline.

Yeah agreed. I hope they do something or someone we have steps it up. Maybe Curl but from what I saw, he was playing Zone on both his picks. That is their Problem IMO, too much zone. WE give up way too many soft completions, chunk passing plays and long 3rd down conversions for my liking.
