I blame McVay and Blackburn for this loss. We should have won the game period.

3rd and 1 why throwing over 5 yards. 3rd and 2 why throw a deep shot to Devante in a crucial time of the game 4th quarter.
Refs did us no favors - honestly I thought there was holding on the defender on Puka and AJ pushed off on Durant on the TD.
Blackburn having 2 kicks blocked inexcusable period both would have changed the game for a Rams win most likely.
We had this game Karty was amazing all game i was going to gove him the game ball imo.
We wee yhe better team today we beat ourselves.

Darious Williams absolutely flopped on that play. I thought I was watching the NBA.
Puka’s flexing is just retarded. Just play football. Don’t even give the refs a chance to call it.
Karty has had too many kicks blocked in his career to not conclude that his kick trajectory is too low even on short FGs.
The main thing I got out of this game is that the Eagles are several notches below what they were last season with Barkley having lost a step. Rams I think are a little better if Davante Adams can keep up his play.
It’s a stupid loss but if anything I think the Rams are closer to the Eagles this year than last year. We’ll see if some other NFC teams emerge like the Packers/Lions but the Rams certainly are right there with the Eagles

Truth i agree to extent on your takes. i thought it was enough of a push off but i see your point. The Puka being held was a Ref miss which was a big play. The miss Guard early move on the tush push was another ref issue to a degree.
To me the Puka call was absolute bullshit he wasnt taunting anyone directly. Ridiculous call by the Refs imo.
To me the Rams choked this game away and yes it will keep them hungry.
What i came away with is the Rams are a top 3 team imo in the NFL. The defense is very legit. Stafford and McVay need to stop forcing the ball to Devante. Did in the last 2 games enough already. Musy get others involved. Ferguson was a healthy scratch why? Higby has done zero basically in 3 games. Lets see what Ferguson and Davis can do. McVay must distribute the ball better to more wrs. Tutu doesnt get opportunities that is why he looks so bad. He was fine last year. Since Devante came to the Rams McVay has tunnel vision on our top two WRs. Devante is a really good wrs but is better imo when he is just part of a 4 TE/3 wr rotation instead of being force fed balls that are not open for him.
Why does Shula and McVay game plan to double Brown on obvious pass downs?

The unfortunate thing is the head to head loss hopefully doesnt force us to go to Philly in the winter again where anything can happen.

I put this loss on Stafford and Vegas Stafford missed too many wide open scoring opportunities in first half (not much better in second half) we should have went into half up 30 instead of 19.
We held 26 under 50 yards We held Eagles to -1 yard passing in first half
Our Dline stopped getting pressure on Hurts in second half it was like they said we got this one in the banks and shut it down. officiating was completely onesided every non call and call went Eagles way with exception of Adams TD could have been called OPI but so could AJ's so that evened out. Puka and Adams had a few DPI that they just ignored. The kitchens hit ruled personal foul was completely BS he got speared by a diving receiver in the back of his shoulder pad. The Eagles first 2 tush pushes both had illegal motion guards moving prior to snap even though the refs were supposed to be looking for it This resulted in 7 points for Eagles.
Puka's flex celebration was ok 4 previous times but not the time when it may closeout the game.
The last play is 100% proof that Vegas rules the NFL

I don’t put that on McVay. I think that is 100% Stafford. We saw it when he first started with the Rams where all the balls went to Kupp. Then as Kupp lost a step all the balls went to Puka
This year I think it feels more even with Puka/Adams but Stafford doesn’t have a Demarcus Robinson either. And yeah there is very little over the middle TE action
I think the improvements this year is Adams is better than Kupp was last year, and I think Corum is better. The rest of the offense seems the same to me.
Defense I have liked and they certainly passed the Barkley test although he hasn’t done much the whole season. Byron Young is having a big year.
Next week will tell us a lot bc the Colts are 3-0 and it’s on the road. An elite team probdbly still beats an average Colts team in the road.

I saw the replay and it looked a bit like Karty was half assing the kick. Saw the same effort in the blocked kick for GB that cost them. Both kickers looked to me like they were nonchalanting the kicks
