Kroenke making a killing

Just incredible what he has done since he took over and also credit to him for assembling a great front office.

I would not be surprised to see him on top of this list in the next 5 years.

I had to ask why? How does Kronke make money-
He founded the Kroenke Group in 1983, a real estate development firm that has built shopping centers and apartment buildings. He has developed many of his plazas near Walmart stores. He is also the chairman of THF Realty, an independent real estate development company that specializes in suburban development. Also sports and entertainment.

Plus he didn't marry a slob without a penny in her purse.

Also born in Missouri from humble beginnings.

That is very impressive. I am sure some of it has to do with the market, but surrounding himself with great people really helps. Poor Falcons are way down the list...I remember when Arthur Blank bought the Falcons for $545M. (Blank was my old boss.) That seems like a bargain now!

Well he made the smart move and moved the team to a larger market
