Your point is what? Players and coaches have said out loud a million freaking times. There's no such thing as halftime adjustments.
They stop doing what doesn't work. That's not anything groundbreaking

All the *** you're talking about is in game/ during game. There is no such thing as halftime adjustments. It's a pointless media BS term.

Why do they need halftime to make adjustments? With all the real time information and special assistants, they are, or should be adjusting continuously during the game.
